Telephone Toll Calls
The University does not allow any employee to use office telephones or fax machines for personal long distance use. The University expects us to use our own calling cards or cell phones for long distance personal calls.
Phone Billings
If you hold a research account, long-distance business telephone and fax charges may be billed against your research account. Be sure to pass this information along to Administrative Manager so that s/he can make the appropriate account transfers.
If you are having a problem with the phone in your office, please ask the Chair’s Assistant for help.
