Cal Hile is the undergraduate coordinator and the staff member responsible for scheduling classrooms. She can be found in room K165 Klarman Hall. Her telephone number is 5-8222, and her email address is clh2@cornell.edu.
It is nearly impossible to change your classroom. However, if you have an emergency situation, please e-mail Cal with your request and reason for a change.
Generally, an instructor has the best chance of getting the classrooms they want if they teach their class during non-peak times (8:00am to 10:00am; 3:30pm – 4:30pm), when desirable classrooms are not in demand.
NOTE: Please leave the room as you found it. If you open a window, close it before you leave.
